Will it look like picture?

We pride ourselves on only using the freshest, best quality, local, seasonal flowers. Speciality flowers will always be chosen but these will differ season to season. The flowers will always be in the same colour schemes and designs as description. We can always guarantee it will be beautiful.

How can I keep it fresh for longer?

All of our bouquets come with flower food. When receiving your bouquet remove the decorative wrapping, snip the string and place in a vase of clean water. Mix your flower food with your water and ensure it gets changed every 2 days. Flower stems can also be cut at a diagonal angle at the bottom of the stem, this allows it to drink the water better.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer this service. However if clearly noted we will always endeavour to deliver by the requested time, Cape Town Traffic dependant J Our delivery hours are from 10:00am – 16:00pm. Mon-Fri. 10:00am-13:00pm Saturday. All same day deliveries must be placed by 12:00pm.

I need to change my delivery address or message?

No problem, please let us know as soon as possible on 0215559584, or please email terry@foxglovestudio.net/darryl@foxglovestudio.net Further costs may be incurred if gift is already out on delivery or destination is further

What happens if recipient isn’t there?

We always make a quick phone call to ensure we have the correct address and to give the recipient an estimated delivery time. If it is a business address we will leave with a receptionist/security/colleague but will always get a delivery note signed. If a residential property we can leave gifts with security/receptions/domestic workers if instructed. Again a delivery note will always be signed. We take pictures of all deliveries and gifts before they leave store and can provide on request. We try to use as much common sense as possible.

Item couldn’t be delivered?

If we cannot deliver the gift to the recipient, we will contact the customer immediately to try and find an alternative or to confirm details. We endeavour to fit in on our routes if possible for next day delivery but this may incur extra delivery cost.

Doesn’t it die in transit?

All of our flowers are transported in Volkswagon Helga our delightful decorated Caddie. She also has fitted boards and buckets in her back to ensure all of our flowers remain super hydrated and are never damaged enroute to their owner.
